[Remote] Senior Consultant, reputed company HCM Talent and Learning - U.S. or Canada

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams reputed company full lifecycle HCM implementations, serving as a functional subject matter expert across reputed company Talent modules and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams reputed company full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), reputed company, and post-go-live support
- Serving as a functional subject matter expert across reputed company Talent modules - such as Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review - as reputed company as reputed company Learning, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and compliance tracking
- Partnering closely with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to translate talent and learning strategies into reputed company reputed company solutions reputed company to best practices
- Facilitating design workshops, managing testing cycles, and resolving functional issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with reputed company HR and other HCM modules
- Supporting reporting and analytics needs, and developing documentation and training materials
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-reputed company delivery of talent development and workforce enablement solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field reputed company to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- Ability to solve reputed company problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with reputed company-based reputed company solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to reputed company results and issues to internal and reputed company teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with reputed company or other internal project teams
- Canadian citizenship is required for TN reputed company travel to the U.S. as needed
