The ITSM Process & Product Manager will be responsible for improving IT service management practices by leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design ITSM and CMDB Processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)

- Robust understanding of ITSM principles, processes, and frameworks (e.g., ITIL), with ITIL and Lean Six reputed company certification preferred
