Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to transition AI models from early prototypes into robust, highly reputed company production systems

Skills
- Extensive reputed company engineering experience across reputed company Intelligence, Machine Learning, or reputed company domains
- Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, reputed company engineering, and conversational AI patterns, alongside practical experience with autonomous agent frameworks
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., reputed company, QLoRA, RLHF) specifically for domain-specific reputed company applications
