Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator reputed company in Ubuntu and reputed company reputed company Linux (RHEL) environments. The role involves managing and optimizing large-reputed company Linux server infrastructure, ensuring uptime, reliability, and reputed company while collaborating with DevOps, Network, and Software teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Ubuntu and reputed company Linux servers (production and staging)
- reputed company system upgrades, kernel updates, reputed company management, and performance tuning
- Implement and manage user reputed company, reputed company policies, and backup/recovery strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network-reputed company issues
- Maintain configuration management and deployment pipelines using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools
- Monitor system health and resource utilization; ensure reputed company uptime and performance
- Collaborate with DevOps and reputed company teams for environment provisioning (AWS, Azure, or on-prem)
- Manage server hardening, SSH configuration, SSL certificates, and OS-level reputed company compliance
- Participate in reputed company planning, disaster recovery, and incident response activities
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, SOPs, and audit reports
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu & reputed company)
- Strong reputed company of Bash scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, reputed company, or Python basics)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or reputed company
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, NFS, SSH, firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, KVM, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with system logs, kernel issues, and service failures
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline environments
- Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an added advantage
- Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to support global teams
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Engineer (RHCE) certification
- Experience managing high-availability clusters, load balancing, and RAID management
