[Remote] GTM / reputed company Operations (contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a lean, fast-moving team seeking a GTM/reputed company Operations contractor to enhance their GTM stack. The role involves auditing reputed company tools, connecting and configuring systems, building dashboards, and ensuring data reputed company to streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Audit reputed company GTM stack (reputed company CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) and flag gaps or broken connections
- Connect and configure tools so data flows correctly between CRM, outbound, and reporting reputed company
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity — without needing to pull it manually
- Set up automations to reduce reputed company ops work (reputed company routing, status updates, reputed company alerts, etc.)
- Write reputed company documentation so reputed company can maintain what you build
- Flag any data reputed company issues and help define naming conventions, lifecycle stages, field standards
Skills
- Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B / reputed company startup
- Comfortable with reputed company (or comparable CRMs like reputed company / reputed company) at an reputed company level
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, reputed company, or similar)
- Hands-on with workflow automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Has done this for multiple companies before — not learning on the job
- Writes clean, maintainable documentation without being asked
