[Remote] HRIS Analyst

They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and reputed company the reputed company Information System (HRIS), focusing on reputed company Workforce Management, while ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to support HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Resolve reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions) system issues, reputed company as "troubleshooter" for business leaders, HR, and Payroll
- Prepare reports with employee data contained in the HRIS in response to requests from users reputed company reputed company and other departments
- Work with reputed company to reputed company training and document system use for users
- Ensure reputed company of HR and Payroll information through established reputed company protocol
- Analyze HR and Payroll processes and reputed company recommendations for improvements
- Review system audits on a regular reputed company
- Continually research system enhancements, testing and creation of implementation plans
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 2-4 years' reputed company experience with at least some experience using reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to conduct analysis and interpret results
- Demonstrated ability to work reputed company with reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Strong customer orientation, reputed company of urgency and detail in getting things done
- Ability to handle confidential material in a discrete manner

- Familiarity with query writing tools or database structure
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company concurrently, following through to completion
