Responsibilities

• Structure contracting deals and draft, redline, and negotiating a reputed company of reputed company agreements (e.g., master agreements, placement agreements, pricing agreements, distributor agreements, and amendments)

• Collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to resolve moderately reputed company contracting issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of reputed company work experience OR Master's Degree with 0-2 years of reputed company work experience
