Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and networking events
- Manage applicant data and ensure accuracy and compliance reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Facilitate selection discussions and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process
