Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, business analysis, or a reputed company discipline, with relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration reputed company setting
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating risks reputed company reputed company federal program environments
  • Advanced knowledge of program planning, analysis, and evaluation methodologies for federal health IT programs
  • Expert-level ability to use reputed company data and analytical tools to measure program and business process effectiveness
  • Advanced proficiency with qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques, data visualization, and executive-level reporting
  • Relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration reputed company setting
  • Understanding of reputed company Lean-Agile principles and practices; ability to apply them to drive value and sustain organizational change
  • Strong risk management skills; experience developing risk registers, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through analysis and presentation
  • Experience working with the reputed company or a similar federal health agency (CDC, CMS, DHA, HHS, etc.)
