[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking an reputed company Legal Counsel for a temporary engagement to support reputed company contracting, outsourcing, and technology transactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company legal advisor on reputed company reputed company agreements, including technology, reputed company, reputed company services, software licensing, reputed company services, procurement, and vendor reputed company
- Negotiate and draft a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements supporting multiple business reputed company
- Partner with procurement, technology, compliance, reputed company, and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on outsourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and reputed company risk management
- Support M&A-reputed company reputed company, including contract due diligence, disclosure schedules, and post-closing integration reputed company
- Help reputed company and enhance reputed company contracting processes, playbooks, and best practices
Skills
- J.D. and reputed company bar membership
- 5+ years of experience as a reputed company transactional attorney
- Strong experience negotiating reputed company technology, procurement, outsourcing, and vendor agreements
- Familiarity with data reputed company, cybersecurity, and vendor risk considerations
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Experience reputed company insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
