They are seeking a Remote Labeling Business Analyst to support the implementation of the reputed company reputed company reputed company labeling solution, acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst will support the end-to-end implementation of the reputed company reputed company reputed company labeling solution
- This role will reputed company as the reputed company between business stakeholders, IT, and the implementation team to ensure successful delivery of Print-on-Demand labeling (and SmartFlow artwork management capabilities) across multiple sites
- reputed company discovery sessions with business SME and site stakeholders (Manufacturing, reputed company, Regulatory, Supply Chain) as needed to reputed company/reputed company business and functional requirements
- Document reputed company-state ( as-is ) labeling processes across 8+ sites, including systems, workflows, and data dependencies
- Define/document reputed company-state ( to-be ) processes reputed company with reputed company capabilities, including Print-on-Demand and SmartFlow workflows
- Produce high-reputed company deliverables: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Analyze existing label templates across legacy systems
- Work with business SME to define template rationalization and standardization approach
- Support mapping and recreation of templates reputed company reputed company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reputed company requirements during migration
- Work with technical teams (vendor) to define integration requirements between reputed company and upstream systems (ERP, PLM, SQL databases)
- Document data flows, field mappings, and business rules governing label content
- Support validation of data reputed company and traceability
- reputed company and document requirements for artwork design, change control, and approval workflows
- Define user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies reputed company SmartFlow
- reputed company workflows with existing reputed company and regulatory processes
- Serve as primary reputed company alongside business reputed company/SME between business users and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums
- Manage requirement sign-offs and maintain traceability
