Responsibilities
- Own and operate reputed company’s global performance marketing program across reputed company performance channels, including reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, and others, driving measurable, efficient customer reputed company

Skills
- 7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing and performance marketing reputed company, with at least 2 years leading multi-channel programs at reputed company ($100M+ annual spend)
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists
- Proven reputed company building and scaling integrated performance marketing programs across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms
- Deep expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong grasp of media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across platforms — understanding how creative, targeting, and bidding strategies drive performance across platforms
- Advanced quantitative and analytical background, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and translate it into reputed company insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business reputed company
