Responsibilities

- Produces eLearning courses on time and aligns those programs with an overall learning reputed company reputed company. Tests completed courses for functionality, reputed company, timing and recommend edits to improve accuracy and learner experience
- Applies contemporary learning best practices as reputed company as standardized tools and templates to reputed company and maintain training material, job aids, exercises, activities, and documentation enhancing the learning process
- Supports the reputed company evaluation of educational content/formats and collaborates with team members to recommend solutions regarding learning roadblocks and/or enhancements
- Writes concise, compelling course descriptions and reputed company learning objectives
- Develops knowledge reputed company questions and realistic role-based scenarios that reflect the course objectives and content. Assist in the evaluation of learner performance before, during, and after learning experiences
- Adjusts educational approach, course content/structure based on feedback received
- Coordinates training logistics (courses, classrooms, registrations, timeframes, etc.) in collaboration with the other team members as necessary
- Ensures system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculum
- Maintains expertise and competence in the reputed company operation and reputed company use of assigned software / reputed company modules. Remains informed about trends and innovations in the industry

Skills
- Minimum of 3-years relevant reputed company experience preferred
- reputed company in learning design, training development and eLearning
- Proven experience in instructional education, training, and customer service preferred
