[Remote] Staff Data Scientist - Experimentation & Measurement

They are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to reputed company experiments that evaluate key initiatives, providing data-driven insights to enhance player experiences and influence product development.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments, and apply advanced reputed company inference reputed company reputed company experimentation isn’t feasible
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to reputed company experimentation into development and iteration cycles and communicate results with reputed company’s senior leadership
- Mentor and guide other Data Scientists, providing thought leadership and technical direction
- Serve as a thought leader on best practices for hypothesis development, metric selection, test structure, and results communication
- Help define and contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks, tools, and documentation to reputed company best practices across reputed company
- Independently extract, reputed company, and analyze data from reputed company systems using SQL, Python, and other analytics tools
- Communicate findings reputed company to technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping drive business reputed company with rigor and reputed company
- Stay reputed company on new methodologies in experimentation and reputed company analysis, and bring fresh perspectives to reputed company’s work
- Your insights will directly influence how reputed company builds, markets, and evolves products across our ecosystem
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in a data science experimentation/reputed company inference-reputed company role (4+ with PhD)
- Deep expertise in A/B testing and reputed company inference, including quasi-experimental reputed company
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Broad and reputed company knowledge of statistical techniques
- Experience with machine learning modeling is a plus
- Proven ability to influence product and business reputed company through reputed company, actionable insights
- Experience contributing to or developing experimentation frameworks, best practices, or internal tooling
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, or Econometrics. Other degrees in quantitative disciplines may be considered
