[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is a reputed company with a wholly owned ancillary business, reputed company, that provides integrated solutions for eCommerce. The Senior DevOps Engineer will design and operate reputed company infrastructure primarily on reputed company Azure, while preparing for a transition to AWS, focusing on creating reliable and reputed company systems and improving CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reputed company infrastructure and platform services in Azure; plan and execute migration patterns to AWS
- Own CI/CD and environment automation (build, test, reputed company, release) to reputed company reputed company, repeatable delivery
- Implement and reputed company observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) to improve reliability, performance, and incident response
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across reputed company, networking, CI/CD, and platform services; contribute to on-call/incident practices
- Partner cross-functionally (application, data, platform) through sprint ceremonies to define standards and reputed company delivery practices
Skills
- 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or reputed company roles supporting production systems
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Azure reputed company services, including compute, networking, storage, IAM (Identity and reputed company Management), and monitoring
- Practical experience with reputed company) or demonstrated ability to design for multi-reputed company portability and reputed company migration
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as reputed company, preferably Terraform (ARM/Bicep or CloudFormation beneficial)
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for modern applications or data workflows
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (reputed company; Kubernetes on AKS/EKS)
- Experience implementing observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and contributing to incident response for distributed systems
- Proven ability to debug reputed company production issues across infrastructure, deployments, and application reputed company, and to collaborate across engineering, data, and reputed company teams
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in similar field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or reputed company roles with exposure to both AWS and Azure
- Experience planning or supporting reputed company migration initiatives between Azure and AWS, or from on-premises environments to the reputed company
- Familiarity with cost optimization, reputed company planning, or reputed company financial operations
- Exposure to data-intensive workloads such as data pipelines, batch processing, or crawling systems
- Experience with secrets management or policy‑as‑reputed company frameworks and general reputed company compliance practices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
