[Remote] Pharmacy Design Consultant

This role involves ensuring clients' benefit reputed company is upheld, leading consultative conversations, and providing strategic recommendations based on benefit design needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously while ensuring reputed company role deliverables are accomplished on time and accurately documented
- Complete a second level review of the data gathering process for new reputed company implementations which includes: meticulous review of incumbent plan documents, claim file analysis, and review of other critical benefit design set-up information
- Serves as the pharmacy benefit expert on the following reputed company: new reputed company implementations, medical vendor changes, eligibility changes, TPA changes, PBM to PBM transitions, and other reputed company clients requests
- reputed company communicates with and relays benefits design set-up information to internal stakeholders including the Project reputed company and Benefit Configuration Specialist
- Ensure the reputed company’s benefit reputed company and benefit design are reputed company, accurately documented and communicated
- Attend and participate in reputed company and vendor calls

- Serves as a benefit expert and resource to support department and corporate initiatives

Skills
- 3+ years benefit implementation or pharmacy design experience
- Employee benefits experience required, pharmacy experience a plus
