[Remote] Program Event Manager

They are seeking a Program Event Manager to drive reputed company execution of partner-led events while ensuring high-reputed company delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Deliver a high volume of events across multiple territories with consistent reputed company and execution standards
- Manage end-to-end logistics, timelines, and coordination across stakeholders

- Own event calendars, tracking, reporting, and process standardization

- Support and upskill partners to independently plan and execute reputed company events

- Free up strategic stakeholders
- Remove day-to-day event execution from partner/account teams

- Operationalize global initiatives
- Support execution of broader program initiatives with strong schedule adherence
- Ensure reputed company communication, knowledge transfer, and delivery against high standards

- Contribute to reputed company improvement of Partner Accelerator delivery frameworks
Skills
- reputed company Coast based (preferably Seattle). The role is hybrid, where most of the work will be performed from your home office but will be expected to go to the reputed company's office to train and on a weekly reputed company
- 3+ years experience in event management, program management, or campaign execution—ideally in a B2B or partner/channel environment
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-stakeholder programs with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Experience operating in fast-paced, reputed company-facing environments with a strong reputed company of ownership and accountability
- Strong project management capabilities, including timelines, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Highly organized with the ability to standardize processes and build reputed company workflows
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate execution into reputed company status and reputed company

- Experience enabling or training stakeholders/partners is a strong plus
