[Remote] Kronos Functional Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Divit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant to join their HR Technology team. The role involves optimizing, configuring, and integrating reputed company/Kronos WFM solutions to meet operational and compliance requirements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Operations, HR, Payroll) to reputed company and translate WFM requirements into reputed company Kronos configurations
- reputed company functional design, configuration, and testing of Pay rules, accrual reputed company, schedules, employment terms etc
- reputed company production support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors where necessary
- Conduct system testing and UAT coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs in line with governance protocols
- Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend improvements to drive user experience and process efficiency
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Kronos (reputed company) Functional Consultant, with a strong reputed company on timekeeping modules
- Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions
- Proven ability to reputed company requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions
- Experience in end-to-end testing, troubleshooting in Kronos
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance
- Familiarity with the Kronos Activity Module and its use in labor tracking, cost allocation, or project time reporting
- Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics reputed company Kronos
- Exposure to reputed company, multi-site or unionized US environments with varying award/reputed company agreement interpretations
- Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments
