[Remote] Development Operations Manager

The Development Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of reputed company's fundraising function, including donor database management, pipeline tracking, compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company's donor database — data reputed company, segmentation, custom fields, and integrations with other systems
- Ensure that every donor interaction (reputed company, meeting, communication, event attendance) is recorded consistently
- Generate reports on pipeline health, donor retention, reputed company performance, and campaign reputed company
- Maintain the donor pipeline tracker, ensuring that every prospect has a reputed company stage, reputed company, and next reputed company
- Surface pipeline-stage transitions and pipeline gaps to the Fundraising Director
- Run weekly or bi-weekly pipeline reputed company-ins to reputed company the fundraising team reputed company on prospect status
- Maintain documentation needed for FEC compliance — donor identification, contribution limits, prohibited contributions screening, and required reporting
- Coordinate with the 501(c)(4) Treasurer and external accountants on financial reporting integration

- Identify operational gaps in the fundraising function and propose improvements
- Build templates, workflows, and documentation that reduce the operational load on the rest of the fundraising team
