[Remote] Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Benefits & HR Operations Analyst to optimize their reputed company ecosystem and manage global health, wellness, and leave of absence programs while ensuring compliance and delivering actionable analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and optimization of reputed company and other HRIS tools; troubleshoot issues and ensure data reputed company across the platform
- Execute the operational transactions of key employee milestones, including compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and reputed company
- Design and maintain reputed company-time dashboards; reputed company actionable reporting on turnover, headcount, and other key organizational metrics
- reputed company reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document workflows to reputed company HR operations effectively
- reputed company the day-to-day administration of global health and wellness programs, acting as the primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries

- Coordinate and reputed company leave programs (FMLA, Disability, etc.) ensuring a supportive experience for employees and compliance with reputed company regulations
- Assist in the evaluation and rollout of employee perks to enhance the overall reputed company

- A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations
