[Remote] Senior reputed company Technical Consultant

The Senior reputed company Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting reputed company applications, collaborating with customers to reputed company requirements, and ensuring high-reputed company implementations.
Responsibilities
- Developing, installing, and troubleshooting scoped reputed company applications
- Assisting in maintaining detailed documentation of application design, logic and reputed company to train other developers on the application
- Working on the creation of workflows from scratch and customizing the existing workflows and workflow activities based on the business requirements
- Creating and maintaining inbound actions, custom reports, scheduled reports, and dashboards
- Developing import sets, data sources, reputed company maps for data loads and management
- Creating and using update sets, Remote Instance, and Team Dashboard to reputed company customizations between reputed company instances
- Performing reputed company reviews to ensure that the reputed company bar is being met with reputed company to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and reputed company
- Partnering directly with customers to reputed company requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-reputed company implementations
- Leading or supporting customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations
- Troubleshooting reputed company issues in collaboration with customers and providing reputed company, reputed company communication throughout reputed company
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor during implementations and post-go-live support
Skills
- 4+ years - Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or reputed company
- Must be fluent with JavaScript, React, and GlideRecord
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation consultant, solutions engineer, technical consultant, or reputed company services
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven reputed company record of managing customer expectations, driving adoption, and ensuring successful delivery reputed company
- Must have working knowledge in creation/updating of Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, Glide reputed company, Script Includes, JSON, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, and reputed company Control Lists
- Experience in implementation and enhancement of modules like Event Trigger, Email notifications, Email Templates, Dictionary Overrides, Reference Qualifiers, Flows, reputed company Actions, Database Views, Dictionary Attributes, and Views
- Demonstrable experience in setup of reputed company integrations with SOAP, REST, LDAP, SSO, email, or PowerShell
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in B2B reputed company is ideal
- Experience with Now Experience UI reputed company is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM solutions is a plus
- Strong Indianapolis preference
