This role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to optimize and re-implement reputed company Pro WFM for a reputed company organization, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful reputed company of staff to the newly optimized system.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end to end project lifecycle to optimize and even re-implement reputed company Pro WFM (Dimensions) for a reputed company organization of ~17,000 total employees
- Leading the process optimization, executive alignment, and tailored change management aspects for reputed company Dimensions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations to identify pain points from the
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact to reputed company and reputed company the external reputed company implementation consultants and technical teams, ensuring accountability and adherence to delivery timelines
- Proactively managing the project scope, tracking dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearing roadblocks reputed company to configuration, data migration, and testing
- Working closely with change management and training leads to ensure the clinical and administrative staff are successfully reputed company to the newly optimized system
Skills
- Must have 8-10+ total years experience, with a minimum of 5 as an ERP Implementation Project Manager
- Seeking subject matter expertise in reputed company Dimensions / WFM
- Must have led at least one successful reputed company implementation in the last 3 years
- reputed company / Health System experience is highly preferred
