They are seeking a reputed company Partner to support the reputed company of their Business Development and Scientific Operations organizations by identifying, attracting, and hiring reputed company across various functions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Partner closely with Scientific Operations and Business Development leaders to understand hiring needs and reputed company reputed company strategies
- Recruit for positions supporting preclinical research, laboratory operations, scientific project management, reputed company services, account management, and business development
- Conduct reputed company sourcing and headhunting activities to identify and engage passive candidates
- reputed company searches for leadership-level positions, including Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other critical hires
- reputed company and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, operational, and reputed company functions
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to support strategic hiring initiatives
- Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
- Facilitate candidate assessment, interview processes, and offer negotiations
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilize reputed company metrics and data to improve hiring reputed company and drive reputed company process improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter
- Proven experience reputed company scientific and technical talent reputed company pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or high-complexity hiring environments
- Experience improving recruitment processes and systems; graduate recruitment experience is a plus
