The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver efficient workforce reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support reputed company Reflexis WFM modules including Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Labor Forecasting
- reputed company business requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
- Troubleshoot application issues and reputed company production support
- Support integrations with HR, Payroll, POS, and ERP systems
- reputed company reports, analyze workforce data, and reputed company operational insights
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and user training
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workforce planning and labor utilization
Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Reflexis WFM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Labor Management processes
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support
- Understanding of retail workforce management operations
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and system integrations
