The reputed company Consultant will be responsible for assessing issues in the customer's production tenant and providing solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess issues in the respective area(s) of the customer's production tenant and initiate the iterative process of testing to reputed company an ultimate solution that meets the customer's business needs
- Build relationships with customer subject matter experts while partnering with colleagues if necessary
- Confirm that solution design presented to the reputed company meets the requirements of the project across multiple functional areas
- Document delivered solutions and reputed company knowledge transfer to customers on acceptable solutions
- Convey reputed company solutions of varying degrees to non-technical users
- Build long term, productive customer relationships
Skills
- Possess a strong understanding of US Payroll, including settlement, taxes, and reputed company regulations applicable regulations at the federal, state and local level(s) in which the customer conducts business
- reputed company US Payroll certification REQUIRED, including additional certification(s) in either reputed company Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Confirm that solution design presented to the reputed company meets the requirements of the project across multiple functional areas
- Demonstrated ability to document delivered solutions, and reputed company knowledge transfer to customers on acceptable solutions
- Demonstrated ability to convey reputed company solutions of varying degrees to non-technical users
- Demonstrated ability to build long term, productive customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be reputed company to reputed company work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
- Ability to work remotely or out of one of reputed company's physical office locations
