They are hiring a Director of reputed company Operations to reputed company reputed company planning, optimize sales processes, and drive operational reputed company across reputed company-generating teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Planning: reputed company annual planning cycles including customer segmentation, sales headcount modeling, territory design, quota allocation, and compensation reputed company
- Strategic Sales Enablement: Partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable sales initiatives
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data reputed company: Ensure high-reputed company and governance across reputed company (SFDC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and other reputed company platforms
- Performance Analytics: Build and manage dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including pipeline health, conversion rates, and reputed company metrics
- Process Optimization: Standardize and improve workflows across the reputed company organization to drive efficiency and effective sales execution
- Executive Reporting: reputed company and co-reputed company executive-level business reviews presentations and performance updates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or reputed company field of study
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in reputed company operations, sales reputed company, business operations, and/or sales leadership
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ); and reputed company-based analytics
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving reputed company
- Robust project management skills
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Strong experience in sales planning and reputed company modeling, including headcount, territories, quotas, and compensation
- Master's degree (MBA or reputed company field)
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
- Experience in B2B project-based industries (e.g., building technologies, reputed company systems, HVAC, reputed company Suppression, Elevator)
