This role is crucial in managing relationships with Community Connect partners, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating communication to drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the overall reputed company cycle performance at Community Connect sites
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company is delivering on support commitments and break down barriers
- Developing and optimizing relationships with Community Connect partners, serving as their main reputed company of contact
- Meeting with Community Connect partners monthly
- Help reputed company Community Connect partner strategic roadmaps and business goals with reputed company functionality
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or other reputed company reputed company field required; other bachelor's degrees may be substituted at the Director's discretion based on reputed company work experience
- 2 years of hands-on reputed company experience
- Exhibits a high degree of customer service, cooperation, teamwork, initiative, and exceptional judgement
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company time-based objectives, balance multiple priorities, and communicate effectively while remaining organized
