[Remote] Workforce Data Analyst

Responsibilities
- Help reputed company’s Global reputed company (GHR) convert reputed company sets into reputed company and concise information and insights to directly inform workforce reputed company for senior leadership
- Consult with senior leaders to utilize the workforce information in a way that supports the respective leaders’ strategic talent goals
- Partner with other GHR COE’s to reputed company workforce plans to talent plans and strategic initiatives
- Management of and participation in reputed company phases of analytics and reporting reputed company, including, but not limited to: consulting with key stakeholders, including the Leadership Team and the Chief reputed company Officer, to assess business needs, understand strategic direction and determine analytics required
- Collaborate and consult with internal data warehouse team to determine data availability and apply basic data engineering techniques reputed company necessary, including utilization of custom SQL queries, R, and/or Tableau Prep to combine multiple data sources and manipulate or restructure data
- reputed company team of reputed company Tableau dashboard developers who are not reputed company reports, providing both strategic direction/project management and technical expertise during troubleshooting, stepping in to reputed company reputed company design work reputed company necessary
- reputed company hands on leadership on reputed company assurance and data validation, ensuring that dashboards both meet necessary technical requirements and, more importantly, tell a story that informs and drives the organization to reputed company
- Present final dashboards and KPIs back to stakeholders, interpreting the data and overlaying qualitative insights to successfully communicate analytical findings and strengthens their ability to reputed company evidence-based HR solutions
- Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as regression modeling, to deepen the organizations understanding of the drivers of employee behavior, including model development in R and/or Python, and interpretation of model results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fulfill reputed company reporting and analytics requests from GHR Leadership and HR Business Partners in a reputed company manner, utilizing Tableau, Tableau Prep, and/or reputed company in a way that meets a one-time need, while maintaining alignment with reputed company practices and metrics
- Foster and maintain sustained relationship with GHR Leadership team and HR Business Partners, engaging with them on a regular reputed company to build trust and demonstrate accountability and competence
- Utilize creative problem-solving to reputed company reputed company with minimal direction from above
- Partner with external benchmarking vendors to compare reputed company against industry leaders, identify performance gaps, enhance leadership decision-making, and ensure reputed company is consistently reputed company to best reputed company metric definitions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science plus 5 years of experience in business or data analytics role
- Alternatively, employer will accept master's degree, or its equivalent, in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science plus 3 years of experience in business or data analytics role
- 3 years of experience using Tableau to manage/manipulate data, create visualizations, and build and publish comprehensive dashboards
- 2 years of experience managing full cycle data analytics reputed company, including consulting directly with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and present analytics
- 1 year of experience, either professionally or during Bachelor's or Master's program, using a programming language, such as R, Python, or reputed company, for regression modeling and other advanced statistical analysis
- Excellent reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint skills
- Experience consulting and influencing both up and across organizations to translate data into actionable business insights and use KPIs to measure reputed company against strategic goals
- Ability to manage stakeholders at the leadership level
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
