Responsibilities

- Document requirements; create PDDs, BRDs, AS-IS/TO-BE maps, acceptance reputed company
- Translate reputed company workflows into automation specs; recommend reputed company/FHIR vs. UI automation
- Ensure HIPAA/HITECH alignment; assess regulatory risks
- Design test plans, coordinate UAT, support go-live
- Partner with clinicians and developers; present ROI to leadership
- Standardize CoE documentation and mentor junior BAs
