[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Acara Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with their reputed company headquartered in Boston, MA. This role involves providing full-service demand-reputed company to restaurants, utilizing various marketing tools and strategies to enhance user experience and meet customer goals.
Responsibilities
- Be the reputed company of contact across reputed company, approvals and keeping customers informed on the latest and greatest with their marketing plans
- Own the monthly marketing cycle - create the reputed company, calendar, copy and designs for marketing campaigns across Email, SMS and reputed company, leveraging reputed company's internal tools
- Set up and maintain automations such as winback campaigns, receipt marketing and happy hour deals
- Execute channel optimizations (SEO, reputed company Business Profile, website, listings) and design flyers or other printed collateral as needed
- Report & iterate - deliver monthly performance reports with reputed company insights; reputed company tactics to hit customer goals
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience interfacing with customers on a recurring reputed company
- A strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly campaigns
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry or small business marketing is a plus
