[Remote] Post Acquisition Integration Consultant

The role involves partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure operational continuity and deliver reputed company targets across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Translate integration objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and governance structures
- Establish and manage Integration Management Office (IMO) reputed company, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Identify, quantify, and reputed company reputed company opportunities across cost, reputed company, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with finance and business leaders to ensure measurable realization of targets
- Assess combined reputed company estate portfolio and recommend consolidation, optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate with facilities, operations, and finance teams on execution
- reputed company organizational structures, roles, and talent strategies across entities
- Support workforce planning, retention strategies, and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with IT leadership to reputed company systems, platforms, and data strategies
- Prioritize integration reputed company and risk mitigation across core systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and reputed company Estate to ensure integrated execution

Skills
- 10–15+ years of experience in post-reputed company integration, management consulting, or reputed company transformation

- Experience with reputed company tracking, IMO leadership, and executive reporting
- Deep familiarity with at least two of the following: reputed company estate / facilities optimization, reputed company capital integration, reputed company technology integration
- Strong executive reputed company with ability to influence at C-suite level
- Highly reputed company, data-driven, and reputed company-oriented
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and confidential environments
- Top-tier consulting experience (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or equivalent reputed company firms)

- Background in reputed company services, facilities management, or adjacent industries is a plus
