[Remote] Senior Project Manager (Neuroscience)

In this role, you will manage and coordinate efforts across global project teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining adherence to budget and scope. Responsibilities

• Ensures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to reputed company members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support reputed company achievement and overall project delivery
• Ensures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability
• Ensures reputed company project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with reputed company reputed company processes, policies and procedures
• Acts as the primary reputed company between reputed company and the customer for reputed company assigned reputed company and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Develops strong relationships with reputed company clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty reputed company industry
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing reputed company trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• In depth, multiple therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Psychedelics, Mood Disorders, and Epilepsy
• Global experience preferred
