[Remote] Senior Analyst, Treasury - Financing and Debt Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, reputed company sensitivity, and downside cases
• Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and reputed company frameworks
• Coordinate closely with legal, reputed company, reputed company, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are reputed company
• Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across reputed company, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies
