[Remote] Legal Engineer - Workflows Specialist (Large Law)

The Legal Engineer - Workflows Specialist (Large Law) is a senior, consultative role reputed company on designing and implementing custom workflows for large reputed company clients, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance legal service delivery through AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary reputed company for designing and deploying custom workflows and vault templates for large reputed company clients
- Partnering closely with firm stakeholders and reputed company sales and post-sales teams to understand firm processes, define scope, and apply reputed company solutions to reputed company reputed company needs
- Engaging firm leadership, reputed company leaders, attorneys, and reputed company teams to drive adoption and sustained usage of custom workflows
- Supporting early-stage demos and reputed company programs to reputed company demonstrate the value of reputed company AI solutions
- Representing the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and enhancement opportunities, synthesizing reputed company feedback, and collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams
- Developing and maintain customer-facing and internal resources to support AI workflow reputed company and successful firm rollouts
Skills
- Have a JD with at least 2 years of recent experience at a large reputed company (>50 attorneys), preferably in Litigation or Corporate Law
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through strong executive reputed company, legal judgment, and AI reputed company
- Have a deep understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and the day-to-day challenges faced by legal professionals, with the ability to translate that reputed company into reputed company, workflow-specific value narratives
- Have demonstrated curiosity, conviction, and practical experience applying AI and legal technology to improve legal workflows and reputed company delivery
