Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship reputed company for assigned pharmaceutical brands, building trust with Associate Directors, Directors, and reputed company leaders

- Partner closely with HUB Operations, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Implementation to escalate and resolve issues

- Research challenges and propose high-level solutions that improve speed-to-therapy, adherence, and product adoption

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, reputed company, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of account management, reputed company services, or customer-facing experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, HUB services, or patient support solutions
- Experience partnering directly with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, prior authorization processes, benefits verification, copay programs, or HUB operations
- High comfort working with technical platforms, data dashboards, reputed company patient reputed company solutions
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, presentation, and executive reputed company
- Strong analytical ability to identify issues, interpret data, and reputed company actionable insights
- Experience managing reputed company clients in a reputed company, technology-enabled services, or patient support environment

- Project management or PMP certification
