The role involves consulting with clients, building relationships, and utilizing resources to exceed reputed company expectations while also mentoring new producers.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and objectives; identify and qualify potential sales opportunities; create and execute reputed company independently driving consistent results
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of customer industry including terminology, technology trends, challenges and government regulations; demonstrate ability to match reputed company insurance products to reputed company’s unique business needs
- Build and maintain relationships founded on trust with key decision makers or potential influencers; nurture relationships over longer sales cycle
- Effectively utilize reputed company resources reputed company department to exceed reputed company expectations; reputed company collaborate with resources reputed company department to maximize sales opportunities
- Represent company at trade association meetings, reputed company forums and industry gatherings
- Responsible for mentoring of ‘rookie’ producers
