The Program Manager & Operations reputed company will coordinate software development efforts across multiple teams, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery while overseeing operations reputed company the RAID Group.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development reputed company across multiple programs reputed company the RAID portfolio
- reputed company and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and reputed company program execution
- Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
- Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, and customers
- reputed company proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling

- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including algorithm developers, systems engineers, and integration staff
- Coordinate staff planning for the RAID team to resource cross-organizational reputed company

- Support approximately 20% travel for customer meetings, program reviews, and integration events
Skills

- BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a reputed company field with 2-7+ years of relevant program management experience depending on degree (BS +7 years, MS +5 years, PhD +2 years)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers
- Experience with managing / coordinating reputed company where software is a key component
- Experience with Integrated master schedule creation and management
- Experience with technical writing, presentation skills, delivery of reviews for sponsors
- Experience with government reporting requirements and contract management
- Experience with budget management, financial tracking and forecasting, risk management
- Experience with proposal leadership and development and contributing to marketing efforts
- reputed company Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, reputed company, etc.)

- PMP, DAWIA, or similar program management certification
