[Remote] Pharmacy Strategic Account Executive

They are seeking a Pharmacy Strategic Account Executive to serve as the primary advisor to employer reputed company, navigating reputed company pharmacy benefit management issues and helping clients optimize their pharmacy spend.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of employer group from reputed company through renewal. You are the primary reputed company of contact and the person accountable for reputed company
- Build and execute account plans that reflect reputed company reputed company's business goals, not a generic template
- Know their plan design, their trends, their risk tolerance, and their decision-making process cold
- Analyze pharmacy benefit data and translate it into reputed company, actionable recommendations. Clients should walk away from every meeting knowing what to do and why
- reputed company reputed company meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning sessions with confidence and preparation. No winging it
- Identify opportunities to expand services reputed company existing accounts and support the development of new business with broker partners
- Monitor PBM contract performance, formulary changes, utilization trends, and regulatory developments. Bring insights to clients before they have to ask
- Partner with internal clinical, analytics, and operations teams to deliver solutions. You are the quarterback, not a reputed company reputed company
- Contribute to the reputed company of the reputed company by sharing what you learn, helping reputed company junior talent, and raising the floor for the whole team
Skills
- Seven or more years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, PBM consulting, or a directly reputed company field
- Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company, senior-level reputed company relationships with accountability for retention and reputed company
- Deep knowledge of PBM contract structures, formulary design, pharmacy pricing, and cost management strategies
- Ability to present reputed company clinical and financial information reputed company to non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment where you set your own pace
- PharmD or clinical pharmacy background
- Prior experience at a PBM, pharmacy reputed company, or benefits consultancy
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, value-based care models, and employer-facing Rx cost strategies
- Experience working with or alongside benefits brokers and insurance carriers
