Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the full process from concept through launch
- Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then reputed company both qualitative feedback and quantitative data—tracking customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and running experiments—to validate and iterate on designs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features
