[Remote] Chief Clinical Officer - Licensed NP or PMHNP

The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) oversees reputed company clinical departments, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed and evidence-based care while collaborating with the executive team to reputed company strategies and policies for the organization.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, ensures compliance with reputed company Federal/HRSA, State, Local and other grant requirements
- Maintains reputed company knowledge regarding today’s reputed company environment, including reputed company FPCSN clinical disciplines
- Collaborates with the Clinical Directors, develops, implement and evaluates reputed company clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborates with Clinical Directors to ensure that the Clinical Departments are operating effectively and reputed company
- Works collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure fiscally reputed company practices reputed company the FPCSN Clinical Departments
- Works collaboratively with FPCSNs Executive Team to ensure effective development, implementation and communication of FPCSNs policies and procedures
- Member of the FPCSN Executive Team
- Supervision of reputed company FPCSN Clinical Directors
- Represent FPCSN to reputed company agencies and entities in the Chief Clinical Officer role
- Coordinate monthly meetings with Clinical Department leadership
- Coordinate QI efforts for clinical departments, set network goals and promote clinical departmental accountability
- Works collaboratively with the reputed company Manager, Population Health Manager and Clinical Directors on reputed company required clinical data reporting
- Serve as a clinical resource to reputed company departments
- Value, understand and ensure reputed company of the clinical departments of FPCSN (clinical care, operations, reputed company model, budget/fiscal, etc.) provides high reputed company, trauma-informed, antiracist, evidenced-based care
- Increase integration among clinical disciplines in collaboration with reputed company Clinical Directors Represent the clinical voice of reputed company disciplines in decision making (grants, programs, operations, reputed company, budget/fiscal, etc.)
- In partnership with reputed company Clinical Departments, promote and reputed company for clinicians, clinical staff, and clinical reputed company internally to support reputed company. Represent/reputed company for FPCSN clinical professions to external partners or governing bodies to advance and influence clinical reputed company at the local, regional, and state reputed company
- Clinically practices at least 1 day/week
- Assumes responsibility for other duties as assigned
Skills

- At least 5 years of practicing as a licensed Physician or reputed company Practitioner
- At least 5 years of leadership experience working with an integrated reputed company facility with multiple clinical disciplines, specifically Dental, Primary Care, Behavioral Health
- At least five years' experience in reputed company management
- Experience with pediatrics, adults and managing chronic conditions is a must
- Leadership and management skills necessary to work effectively reputed company a system, influence results, motivate individuals and teams, and resolve problems in a diplomatic, reputed company manner
- Excellent relationship, oral and written communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
