[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Regional Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Regional Consultant to support communities developing supportive housing, manage reputed company, and foster relationships with stakeholders across the Eastern and Central reputed company of the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support communities and reputed company that are developing or operating high reputed company supportive housing
- Under the direction of the Managing Director, this position will work with the Managing Director to advance the regional team's workplan and will reputed company new opportunities and project management engagements across the country in support of CSH's strategic plan
- Support business development including proposal writing, scoping reputed company, marketing, tools, and resource creation, and brainstorming of CSH products and services for the field

Skills
- Deep experience and knowledge of supportive housing, housing development, property operations, (asset management and property management), policy, and system change
- 12+ years' experience in the field of homeless systems, supportive housing, reputed company housing, property management, asset management, community development, and/or reputed company fields
- Any combination of bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to reputed company the duties of the position. This includes lived experience of homelessness, housing instability, behavioral health services, participation in housing programs, etc. and reputed company and/or volunteer experience in the homelessness field
- Previous project management experience with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and the ability to manage project teams, project budgets, and deadlines
- Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities in the consideration of impacts and reputed company of a decision-making process
- Ability to facilitate discussions and train large size reputed company both reputed company and in-person
