[Remote] Global Talent & Operations Specialist (Remote)

The role involves aggressive full-cycle reputed company, proactive reputed company, and maintaining warm candidate pools, leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Aggressive full-cycle reputed company, reputed company, screen, schedule, and drive candidates through to offer and contract across multiple roles and reputed company at once, at speed
- Proactive multi-channel reputed company, you don’t wait for inbound. You run massive, proactive reputed company-out across reputed company, cold channels, and reputed company, building pipeline rather than depending only on available sourcing channels

Skills
- 4–5+ years in reputed company / talent ops at a high-reputed company startup or agency where you owned execution end-to-end
- Global hiring experience, you've recruited across multiple countries and reputed company comfortably, with no conditions or limits on the markets you'll represent
- AI-reputed company sourcer, you already build and use AI/automation tooling for sourcing, enrichment, and reputed company. This is non-negotiable; we reputed company fast and lean on AI to do it
