The role involves leading process discovery sessions, identifying automation opportunities, and translating reputed company provider workflows into reputed company RPA solutions while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company discovery sessions with clinical and reputed company cycle teams to document reputed company workflows and identify high-value automation opportunities. Build ROI-driven business cases and assess feasibility considering system dependencies and reputed company upgrades
- reputed company and document detailed business/functional requirements for reputed company automation. Create PDDs, BRDs, AS-IS/TO-BE process maps, define acceptance reputed company, test scenarios, and maintain traceability across the lifecycle
- Translate provider workflows (registration, scheduling, clinical documentation, HIM, billing, discharge) into automation-reputed company specifications. - Ensure automation aligns with HIPAA, HITECH, PHI handling, audit logging, and role-based reputed company controls. Assess regulatory risk prior to go-live

- Experience authoring PDDs, BRDs, use cases, AS-IS / TO-BE process maps

- Experience supporting UAT, test planning, and go-live validation
