Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering

- Deep expertise in software engineering reputed company and operating models, including roadmap planning, technology decision-making, talent management, team structures and organizational design and business stakeholder engagement
