Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for executives and team members
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on reputed company items
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices and expense reports
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or reputed company field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software
