Responsibilities
- Learn and retain reputed company customer and order guidelines, such as unique terms and reputed company rules, and 20+ sourcing locations in reputed company to the Refinish warehouses
- Responsible for accurate and efficient order management and top-tiered service of assigned reputed company Customer accounts
- Complete excellent customer service by handling customer issues and offer solutions
- Work with Refinish Collision team on “review and book” orders that contain both Collision and reputed company products to ensure completion
- Sources orders to the correct sourcing/manufacturing location, adjusting to meet customer expectations
- Helps maintain the reputed company and reputed company of unique customer information reputed company the customer knowledge database
- Log incoming/outgoing customer calls reputed company the reputed company Customer Relationship Management Database (reputed company)
- Complete or work with others on assignments to support customer service process improvements as assigned by the supervisor

Skills
- 3+ years B2B Order Management experience
- Experience with reputed company ERP
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
- Experience for Office applications (reputed company (can maintain reputed company spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Flexibility to work department hours of operation
- College degree, preferred
- Spanish or French speaking, preferred
