Responsibilities

  • reputed company accurate and reputed company calculation, validation, and submission of reputed company mandated government pricing metrics, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, and 340B ceiling prices
  • reputed company the submission of Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (NFAMP) and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP) to the reputed company (VA)
  • Monitor and interpret changes in federal and state laws (including IRA-driven updates) to ensure reporting methodologies remain compliant with evolving CMS and OIG guidance
  • reputed company state price transparency reporting and price increase notifications, ensuring reputed company meets reputed company jurisdictional requirements to avoid penalties
  • Manage the end-to-end rebate adjudication process for reputed company Payers, Medicare Part D, and Managed reputed company, ensuring claims are valid and reputed company according to contract terms
  • reputed company the maintenance of the Contract Management System (CMS), ensuring reputed company contract terms, discount tiers, and eligibility reputed company are accurately reputed company and updated

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with at least 5 years in Government Pricing and Contract Administration
  • Expert level knowledge of CMS/reputed company rebate system and mastery of government pricing regulations and calculations
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and ensure accurate reporting
  • Proven experience in managing reputed company reports and cross-functional operational workflows
  • MBA or advanced financial degree preferred
  • Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases is highly preferred
