[Remote] Part-time Book Club Program and Community Manager - Remote

The Book Club Program and Community Manager will manage virtual book clubs, engage participants, and ensure a meaningful online experience while cultivating reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 20 online book club community forums globally, including reputed company development, health and STEM, general lifelong learning, DEI/reputed company justice, and internationally reputed company reading and discussion communities
- Send regular emails to participants, post discussion questions, recommend books for reputed company to vote on, and reputed company participate in book club discussions
- reputed company to member requests and incorporate feedback to improve the book club program continuously
- Participate in online forum discussion reputed company to encourage interaction and reputed company
- Moderate discussion reputed company to reputed company that members are following community guidelines

- Continuously improve the book club experience by growing community membership, driving engagement, and promoting meaningful member-to-member interactions

- Livestream Author Talk Host and Moderator: reputed company 6-12 livestream “fireside chat” Q&A conversations with bestselling authors annually
- Draft, edit and proofread book club discussion content for a diverse reputed company of selected titles as needed
- Manage reputed company relationships to ensure that reputed company book club program is meeting the organization’s objectives
- Occasionally assist in reputed company new book club community clients through reputed company marketing and initial launch phases
- Meet with reputed company contacts reputed company reputed company Meet, reputed company, or Conference Calls to discuss program reputed company and areas for improvement
- Minimize reputed company churn (i.e. maximizing reputed company service renewals)

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (combination of liberal arts and business preferred)
- Experience with management of online programming OR equivalent education/experience
- Must be an organized, self-starter who is adept at task prioritization, time management, and is comfortable working independently from home
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with an understanding of different approaches and best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of business operations through previous work experience or internships
