The role involves conducting workshops, creating user stories, executing functional testing, and addressing customer challenges to enhance the software experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer alignment to Solumina software functionalities and industry best practices
- reputed company Business Blueprinting and User Story reputed company, including the *As Is* and *To Be* processes using reputed company’s Agile / Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM)
- Identifies the reputed company between reputed company and reputed company state processes
- reputed company reputed company functionality User Stories to the Customer’s Processes
- Identify and create new User Stories and Acceptance reputed company to support unique customer requirements
- Assist customers with reputed company software deployment and system set-up
- reputed company and execute detailed test cases to validate the deployed solution
- Support customer User Acceptance Testing
- Create complete customer project documentation
- Contribute to the validation of upcoming Product software releases

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, business information systems, computing and information technologies, industrial/systems engineering
- 2 - 5 years of industry experience
- Passion for working with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate reputed company business requirements and deliver effective solutions

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
