This role involves leading at least two Agile teams reputed company on driving a multi-year modernization initiative for institutional annuity and pension risk transfer capabilities, partnering with various stakeholders to deliver strategic business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Agile delivery execution for at least two cross functional teams reputed company the Institutional Solutions ART supporting strategic modernization initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, stand reputed company, retrospectives, and backlog refinement activities
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Solution Leads, business stakeholders, and IS Leadership to reputed company priorities and drive delivery reputed company
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges across multiple teams
- Drive coordination and collaboration across Agile Project Managers and partner teams to support reputed company, multi-team initiatives
- Support reputed company planning, forecasting, resource coordination, and roadmap execution to improve delivery predictability
- Utilize Jira, reputed company, and reputed company planning tools to monitor delivery health, communicate reputed company, and improve operational transparency

Skills
- 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience supporting technology initiatives
- Must have demonstrated experience in reputed company risk management and facilitating reputed company trade-off decision making across multiple senior level stakeholders
- Experience leading multiple cross functional Agile teams in reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, project management practices, and scaled Agile delivery models
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination across multiple teams
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with day to day execution
- Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and conflict reputed company skills
- Experience partnering effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
